All this suffering and pain, what is going on?

Life can get pretty hard sometimes regardless what you have been through already or how tough you are.

Somethings come suddenly out of the blue that have no connection but still affect you (2020 till...yeah) or the death of a close friend or family member, things we have no control over.
And other issues build up in the background, either unnoticed, pushed to the bottom of the "to do" list or the band-aid fix is not working anymore and the problem is getting bigger and bigger and now it has your full attention!

So what happens next?

Often people will think there is nothing that can be done, they have been labelled or labelled them self.
I am, I have, I can't, which overtime becomes a stubborn identity of I KNOW BETTER and that makes life harder.

So nothing can be done right, just give up and accept the suffering and low standard living?

You tried meditation but the damn mosquitos ended that and if you cant meditate through a mosquito bite then how can you meditate through real physical, mental and emotional pain?

But it becomes worse again, cause the old idea of "time heals" is not true, it is "what happens" over time that heals it or makes it worse.

Knowing this creates a realisation and amazing things can start to happen.

We start questioning and seeking answers.
Instead of speaking in statements of "I am" with a negative identity we start saying "well maybe I COULD BE" which creates possibility and hope.

"My life has been hard but maybe I could try again, ask a different source, follow through" and maybe  "GET OUT OF MY OWN WAY"!

"Out of my own way, but isn't it life, my job, people, the government and the world that is against me, right?"

Yes, that can be true, but it is our own abilities, beliefs, coping mechanisms and resourcefulness that make us stronger and build a better life!

"It is in becoming stronger that we are able to let go of the weight of the past, make productive forward moving steps in the present and approach the future with a greater excitement and faith in ourself."

And that is where you start my friend, by intentionally doing good for yourself, not just what you thought was good, but what you notice and continue to learn is "actually good" for you.


I have mass respect for you and all who choose to do good for themselves and others, starting with ourselves.

And I appreciate and thank you, as with each person whom does good for themselves, this world becomes better for all.

What is RFT?

In brief RFT uses true tested powerful processes developed in Modern Psychology, Hypnotherapy,

Neuroscience, Breath work and others to attain the best results, period!

I traveled to numerous countries around the world to train and work with some of the best in the world in their fields of Therapy and Personal Development.

I created RFT as a specialist therapy focusing only on specific areas that attain optimal results.

The areas I specialise in using RFT:
Physical pain

Mental pain

Emotional pain

Fears and Phobias
Feel free to ask about any issues you are concerned with, if it is not an area I deal with I will pass on any useful advise I may have on the subject.

Processes that are used at RFT gain the optimal desired result in the shortest time.

I have personally worked and trained with some of the world leaders and founders of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Modern Psychology, Coaching and Breath-work so that I can bring these results direct to you.

RFT is Science and Experience based, as such during the session we will be focused primarily on gaining the results at the core to eliminate connected issues.

Gaining healthy rapid results is the goal.

What is not RFT?

RFT  is not about talking in circles on a sofa, I consider that to be unhealthy and unproductive.

RFT sessions are not about judgment, and if something is hard to talk about, we can do sessions in a way that can you keep your privacy and we work together to gain the desired result.

During the session we are about being authentic, productive and doing processes in a chill atmosphere.

Physical Pain and other Physical issues

Physical pain​​​​

Pain serves as a warning signal and a recovery meter letting us know if it is getting better or worse.​

RFT for pain relief

Using very powerful processes RFT can stop the pain messages on a biological level for complete relief.

Most people will experience a great relief immediately, allowing faster recovery.

Warning pains will intentionally not be stopped, it is important to know when there is a new or different strain or damage.

One other thing to note is that this is not to "numb" the affected areait is pain removal only and the area will feel completely normal to the touch.

 

There are situations where a "numbing" process is required, such as for dental procedures where the person cannot take general aesthetic.
This will require approval from your Doctor.

How can I help you?

The best way I can help you right now is if I know more details, it's that simple first step.

Chronic pain, old and new injury pain, in a cast, etc.

In some cases I will ask you to get an agreement from your Doctor or legal representative if you are in a legal case regarding an injury.

Results are noticed in the first session.

Apart from my years of  experience helping clients with physical pain, I also have over 30 years in Martial Arts and as an Extreme Sports athlete, this has given me rare first hand experience in injuries and recovery.

What I have accumulated in experience over the years is transferred into my ability to help you gain optimal rapid results.

As pain is the most common physical issue I have wrote more about this then other physical issues.

Sexual issues

It is an odd thing the pressure people feel about sexual issues.
On one hand our society makes people feel embarrassed to discuss sexual performance and issues they are currently having, and on the other hand society shames people who are to getting any.

Talk about mixed messages!

So let's s look at it from a life perspective.

Sex is a want, need and requirement to have a good life.
It is not only enjoyable, but super healthy for your biology, mentality and emotions.

It is a part of your health and problems should be taken equally as serious as your money, career and relationship.

Most common issues that Hypnosis is extraordinarily useful for are:

Erectile Dysfunction

Inability/ Difficulty reaching Orgasm
And these are serious issues that cause stress and an unhappy life, yet not that difficult to fix with the right process.

The best thing you can do is get it fixed ASAP, that's it.

Fears and Phobias

Fears and Phobias can start for many reasons.

This is usually where I would write a long list of different kinds of fears and phobias and how it started.
But what is more important is for you to understand your own issues and deal with them, not create more.

I have had so many clients with a broad range of issues from anxiety created by imagination to fears from actual past experiences.

Eliminating unnecessary fears and phobias is such a release of tension and stress it is actually life changing and beautiful to see the results.

Trauma and PTSD

I never imagined I would ever have suffered from Trauma and PTSD.

And I think a lot of people are caught by surprise when they realise it has happened to them.

I come from a very hard upbringing, wake up to fear and go to sleep with fear, severe discipline, punishment and a lack of trust all round.

This builds character, some enveloped in fear who try to become small as possible, others become stronger.

became stronger and unaffected by most situations, and I have been in some horrid situations.

So it took me by surprise that after all I had been through and unaffected, I suddenly had an experience that caused me to break down.
And even with decades of Personal Development, Science and being a Therapist, I could not break free, and it hurt.

Most people in my profession would not speak about this, would not admit to having any issues, but it is a part of being human.

So I did what was necessary, I had a past trainer of mine help me in the same way I help my clients, and that got me moving.

And I went to a friend (also a past trainer of mine) and he did the exact processes I was doing, but I needed someone to help me drive it through.
Half way through this process under hypnosis I told him to move back cause I had so much fury built up and I didn't want to hurt him, but he drove it through.

This was not the end, but it brought me back enough to work on myself successfully with the skills and knowledge I have developed over the years.

However in the beginning I contacted another of my past trainers who was not that helpful, not because he didn't want to help and he is on a "world famous" level but I required the right professional with the right skills.

The hardest/ wrong way to deal with Trauma and PTSD is going it alone.

This is not because you are are not strong enough, it is nothing to do with how strong you are, and everything to do with your perspective of strength and acknowledging that getting help from the right professional with the right skills and experience is not weak.

I have helped too many clients who suffered for months to decades, half a century just because they didn't seek help or not the right help.

I say "too many" because "nobody should put off a happy life to endure suffering".
And that is what suffering is, it's not that you don't have happiness, but more so that people put off happiness to endure suffering, to keep the focus on something that has passed or can pass.

So this is how I do it, I run a course called  "STRONGER" where we spend a few days together and rebuild your power.
Sessions are fine for many things, "STRONGER" is about building a foundation of strength from your core to live on through your life, to build a better life.
